A Menu to Look Forward To.
We all know the pain of dining out. You scan the menu, interrogate the waiter, and usually end up settling for a dry salad or a plain piece of grilled chicken, while everyone else eats the good stuff.
Korya has completely rewritten the rules.
When you’re choosing somewhere for a special dinner, it’s nice to have more to look forward to than just finding 'something' to eat. Korya brings together a creative menu, thoughtful presentation and a 100% gluten free offering in a setting made for an occasion.

"The Crave List" (Menu Highlights)
What you MUST order when you go...
1
Crispy Gluten Free
Karaage Chicken
Or what we like to call
'The Showstopper"
Forget the heavy, oily batters of the past. Korya has perfected a shatteringly crisp, golden coating that locks in the flavour.
2
Gluten Free Egg Net Prawn Pad Thai
Normally, ordering Pad Thai is a gluten minefield of hidden soy sauces and shared woks. Not here. They've taken this beloved classic and wrapped it in a visually stunning, delicate egg net. This is the authentic, street-food experience you thought you had to give up forever - elevated to an absolute masterpiece.
3
Lamb Shank
This is pure, slow-braised perfection. Cooked low and slow until it literally falls off the bone, this lamb shank swims in a rich, deeply savoury reduction that is entirely gluten free. It’s the kind of hearty, soul-warming comfort food that makes you close your eyes on the very first bite.

What the Gluten Free community is saying...
Absolutely delicious food! The gyoza were a real highlight as someone who has been GF for years I thoroughly enjoyed these!
Korya are Coeliac Australia accredited and take GF very seriously, it is soo nice having a large range of options to choose from and not having to worry about contamination! Everything we had from food to mocktails were honestly soo good!
The service was brilliant and we will definitely be back.
Celebrated a friends birthday here recently. As she is a coeliac, we thought it would be a great choice. And we I can confidently say we were right.
To start, the atmosphere was great, even on a Tuesday night. The cocktails were delcious and all came promptly. The food, it was really nice.
Well presented and definitely tasted as good as it sounded on the menu. The service was fantastic, we didn't feel as though there was any real delay but the chef came out and checked on us and apologised for a slower service time. The girl behind the bar making the cocktails was also very polite.
Next time I'm in Melbourne, Korya will be on my list.
My wife's a Celiac so whenever we travel we like to track down the best Gluten-free restaurants near where we're staying - Korya came up on few lists.
Definitely well deserved, food was delicious, service was quick and the place was packed and had a great vibe. Will definitely be back next time we're in Melbourne!
